Mission Program Rewards
Volunteering for Missions is rewarding! Mission participants accumulate badges and points. The badges provide instant recognition for volunteers’ efforts while Mission points on the other hand, serve as a means to measure volunteers’ level of participation to the organization’s improvement.
1st Prize: Macbook Pro
Highest Missions Points accumulated which should include at least two (2) process missions, or product missions, or training missions.
2nd Prize: Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet
Highest Missions Points accumulated which should include at least two (1) process missions, or product missions, or training missions.
3rd Prize: Apple iPad
Highest Mission Points accumulated.
At the end of the year:
Mission Control will tabulate the points earned by all the Mission Volunteers from 1 December 2020 – 30 November 2021, and every year thereafter.
Winners will be announced in December for this year, and in succeeding years.
Mission Volunteers images will be displayed at the Axadra Headquarters.
Mission Control reserves the right to award the prizes based on
the impact of the missions that volunteers participated in.
Mission Program Badges
The Axadra Missions Program badges are earned by mission volunteers. They are to be used under their employees’ email signatures and shall serve as badges of honor.
Tiers:

Mission Commander
a volunteer who has completed at least 6 successful missions which should include 1 process or product improvement mission.

Mission Pilot
a volunteer who has completed at least 3 missions.

Mission Crew
any volunteer who has volunteered or completed at least 1 mission.
Special Badge:

Mission Module Pilot
any volunteer who has completed an impactful mission. This special badge is awarded to mission volunteers who have completed an impactful mission
