Pursuant to the directives of the Interagency Task Force for the Management of Emerging and Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and Occupational Safety and Health Standards Law (RA 11058), this policy is enacted to provide the company, represented by the management through the OH team/Clinic and the employees with a well-defined process flow to facilitate a safe and healthy working environment and fair treatment in relation to the COVID 19 crisis.
